Terms for Booking Tour Packages & Car Rental

Booking & Cancellation Policy:

Tour will be booked only after receiving credit card details or 100% advance payment. Transaction fee of 15% will be charged if the cancellation is made within 45 days and more than 30 days from the scheduled booking. 100% cancellation will be charged on cancellation within the last 30 days. 100% cancellation will be charged for "No Show".

Additional Charges:

If there is an increase in costs (e.g., hotel, airfare, transport, government taxes, fuel), the same will be augmented accordingly.

Our Liabilities & Limitations:

Welcome Rajasthan Tours and Travels acts as an agent for hotels, transporters, and other services. We issue all exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets under the terms and conditions of the service providers.

Our itineraries are sample schedules and are subject to changes due to factors like weather, road conditions, and participant health. We reserve the right to change any schedule for participants' safety, comfort, or well-being. Rates are based on present negotiations with hotels and transporters and may change if fuel prices or other costs increase. We are not responsible for delays or expenses due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, or political closures. We do not offer insurance; visitors are advised to arrange insurance for personal property and accidents.
